From a few ingredients such as apples, flour, eggs and custard powder, a dough is created in about 15 minutes, which in about 45 minutes bakes to make the most delicious apple pie in the world. - 3 apples
- 150 g butter or margarine
- 150 g of sugar
- 1 pinch (s) of salt
- 2 eggs (size M)
- 1 packet / s pudding powder “vanilla flavor” (for cooking)
- 250 g flour
- 3 tsp, baking powder
- 5 tablespoons milk
- powdered sugar
Apple Pie Recipe Preparation
- For apple pie recipe, peel and quarter the apples, cut out the core and cut the pulp into cubes.
- Whip up fat, sugar and salt with the whisk of the hand mixer until creamy. Stir in the eggs one after the other.
- Mix the pudding powder, flour and baking powder. Alternately fold in the flour mixture and milk under the dough. Put the apples under the dough. Put the dough in a greased springform tin (26 cm Ø) and dust it smooth.
